At ChartPilot, we want our customers to be satisfied with their subscription. If you are not, you may request a refund under the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted if the account shows heavy or abusive usage during the trial period.

Please contact our support team at support@getchartpilot.com with your purchase email and order details. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Notes
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, and subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
